Sara is the producer of Moon Flower Essences and offers an accredited Diploma in Flower and Vibrational Medicine through her training school, Essentially Flowers. Erik has worked with colour light and energy his whole working life. Born in India, he is the 4th of 7 children, coming to England when he was 12 years old. He always loved colour and images and spent 17 years as a professional photographer based in Oxfordshire. He had some very powerful spiritual experiences which changed the direction of his life in 1988 and in 1993 he came to work for Aura-Soma in Lincolnshire making colour therapeutic products. Being strongly guided by Spirit he explored deeper and deeper into the Cosmic energies to his work on the Aura-Soma products. He had worked extensively on flower essence energies at first and this gave a very good grounding and education into essences in general. Sharing his insights into the Spiritual aspects of essences at world conferences gave Erik an opportunity to connect with world-wide essence producers and this further spurred on his own work on essences.

Although I worked for many years in the IT industry, I always had a keen interest in complementary medicine particularly the link between the mind, body and one’s health. My deep curiosity of why people behave the way they do, took me on to study Astrology. After first using flower essences with myself and my family, this expanded further after completing a two year course in Vibrational Medicine with Clare Harvey. I now work as a flower essence practitioner and a professional Astrologer. Combining both my knowledge of astrology and flower essences resulted in writing my book, ‘Centaury for Virgo, Rock Rose for Pisces’
Helen is an Advanced Practitioner member of the BFVEA and also a member of BAFEP. She is the creator of the Guided Essences product range and is also an astrologer and channelling medium, working with spirit guides to provide written readings from the deepest level of soul for her clients.

I was first introduced to the Bach Flower Remedies in the late 1970's, using them successfully for myself, family and friends. I trained in healing, reflexology, Reiki and vibrational medicine during the 1980's and 1990's, and later in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), teaching with a holistic approach in Adult and Further Education for many years.
I joined the BFVEA in 1999 and am an Advanced Practitioner Member.
I co-ordinate International Essence Awareness Week (IEAW) and, with Sara Turner and Erik Pelham, help with Advertising & Promotion.
I write for ESSENCE magazine and run occasional workshops, also creating mandalas for peace and relaxation. I live and work in the High Peak of Derbyshire surrounded by the hills, dales and watery places of this lovely area.
