HOW TO APPLY FOR BFVEA MEMBERSHIP

Prospective members – before applying, please make sure you have read the overview on the Join page  and the Categories page to understand which category of membership is applicable to you and which documentation you need to submit.

The membership application form can be, either posted to the Membership Secretary, or submitted electronically. The appropriate documentation must accompany applications.

See subscription fees under Categories or on the application form (see below).

All applicants must firstly read and familiarise themselves with the BFVEA Constitution, Explanatory Notes on Law and Ethics and the BFVEA Code of Conduct.

If you wish to post your application,

you will need to download/print the following forms: –

The BFVEA Code of Conduct Agreement form. Please read and sign.

Data Consent Form. Please complete and sign.

The Prior Learning form. Please complete if applicable.

The Application form. Please complete carefully (indicating your method of payment) and enclose it together with all the required documents before sending to the address on the bottom of the Application form.

If you wish to complete your application on-line,

you may download, complete and email your form  here. Ipad users will not be able to download this word document but can download the postal application pdf. Please also download the forms below and attach these along with copies of your qualifications as specified in the application form, in an  email to the Membership Secretary

A UK cheque made payable to the BFVEA. Postal applications only.

By BACS – BFVEA bank details will be supplied.
