Hello, I am Cheryl Fryers, Advanced Flower Essence Practitioner, English Teacher (PGCE) and psychic medium. I live in East Sussex on the edge of a protected Ancient Wood a few miles from the coast with two of my four children and two black cats and a kitten. I work both as an English teacher and a Flower Essence Practitioner and producer. I run spiritual courses and am qualified in many healing modalities. I have a very special interest in helping women through all stages of their life from maiden to crone and I have an affinity with the birth and death cycle.

Super Nature was founded by Helen Scott. Helen has over 15 years of training, and over 10 years experience of working professionally as a therapist. Super Nature is based in Ancoats, Manchester providing therapies, essences, meditation, and retreats. I qualified as a pharmacist in 1995 and worked in my native Japan before moving to London in 2007.

I met my wonderful South African husband in London and we married in 2012. I commenced my homeopathic training in 2010 after personally experiencing the gentle but powerful healing effects of homeopathic remedies.

I currently work as a Homeopath and a flower essence practitioner in the renowned Helios Homeopathic Pharmacy in busy Covent Garden. Iona’s mother Marion Leigh was a trained homeopath working for Ian White’s Australian Bush Flower Essence trainings in the 80's before moving with the family to the Findhorn Foundation. Growing up with an anthroposophical Steiner-Waldorf education in a eco-village community, informed Iona’s comprehension of the spiritual world from a very young age. Iona went on to study Music Performance at Thames Valley University in London (specialising in the voice and harp), before combining her two great passions in life within her Masters in Music and Health (passed with distinction). In 2009, Iona returned to run the family business and teach Flower Essence in Findhorn with her mother. As Education Director, Iona wished to further her studies and went on to study with Medical Director Dr Rosy Daniel, graduating with top marks in 2020 as a Health Creation Mentor. In 2019, Iona's became the FFE MD and it is her deep passion for music, nature, essences and healing informs her work in her business, therapy, and family life with her partner and three children.

Jane has always had a deep love of nature and animals. She worked as a veterinary branch manager for many years whilst also studying many ranges of essences, she is a Reiki Master for Animals, an Equine Touch Practitioner are a few of the holistic therapies she offers. She has been an animal guardian throughout her life. Her horses have been her greatest teachers and she will soon hold a qualification for Equine Assisted Learning which will enable her to offer horse led sessions for healing and personal development combined with essences. Hi, I am Juin, an experienced flower essence practitioner, working face to face, online and via phone. Over the last 30 years, I have listened with open curiosity to nature. Along with the land, water, sun, and many plants, I have created the Wildheart Alchemy essences. These are from diverse places; the sierras of southern Spain, wild places in the British Isles, and remote fjords of Norway. I use these in my practice along with Bach, Bush, and Living Essences of Australia.

Prior to working as a Therapist I was working within the NHS as a qualified Nurse. in 1984 I was introduced to essences. In 1993, I Trainned as a Reflexologist, I went onto become a teacher in Reiki/Seichem. The Lotus Holistic range started developing in 2004.

I trained at the highly respected London School of Reflexology and have been a practising reflexologist since 2011. I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists as well as being registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council. I finished my foundation level training in Kinesiology in 2015 with The Academy of Systematic Kinesiology. (TASK) I have been an Advanced Practitioner member of the British Flower and Vibrational Essences Association since 2017. To obtain my diploma in Integral Sound Healing, I studied a 2-level practitioner course with the prestigious Sound Healing Academy over a two-year period.
