Jan has wide training She studied healing with Matthew Manning and learned how to make essences from Nora Weeks. She was the Garamia Foundation external examiner for Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy and Reflexology courses for many years. But she remains unwavering in her belief that essences are the most remarkable of the Complementary Therapies. She first began using them in the 1960’s and consequently has experience of helping many adults, children and animals move from distress and imbalance to positive well being.
Consultations can be face-to-face, by telephone or on-line. Your treatment will be created from the hundreds of essences Jan has collected from producer friends around the world, as well as her own. Because essence therapy treats the individual, the selection will be uniquely tailored to reach the root of your problems, however they are presenting themselves, and help you return lovingly and gently to balance and harmony.
