Spirituality, intuition, and creativity have guided me for as long as I can remember—through music, writing, and quiet inner listening.

I grew up in São Paulo, but my path shifted when I moved to the coastal town of Peruíbe, just metres from the ocean. Living close to nature helped me slow down, heal, and open to deeper guidance.

I immersed myself in holistic practices including Reiki, Bach Flower Essences, Aura Soma, aromatherapy, meditation, and Tarot. Fourteen years ago, I moved to the UK and my personal journey naturally became a professional calling.

Today, with over a decade of experience, I teach Reiki and offer sessions, share essential oils and diffusers, and support clients with flower essences—also serving as an ambassador for Florais de Saint Germain in the UK. More recently, I’ve embraced coaching to help people gain clarity, reconnect with their truth, and create meaningful change.
