Hello I'm Fiona, an advanced essence practitioner working with a wide range of essences and therapies to support children and adults during times of grief, trauma and during end of life, offering support for the whole family. I come from a nursing background & have worked for over 20 years in a Children's Hospice as a carer & Complementary Therapist.
Essences have been a huge part of my life for the past 40 years, they have helped me unravel & bring love & understanding to early childhood traumas & bereavement, allowing me to release no longer needed energies around this. I offer support through the trauma and grief of diagnosis of life limiting conditions, through end of life and beyond. I am a Green Fuse trained Funeral Celebrant.
I also have my own ranges of essence that work with the cycles and rhythms of the seasons.

Flor is a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner, Flower Essence Practitioner, Meditation Instructor and Mentor, supporting her clients with a full heart, a light touch, and a deep commitment to real, lasting change.
Her work is grounded in the belief that healing doesn’t have to be forceful, harsh or dramatic. It happens in the small, steady moments when we learn to listen to ourselves and honour what we truly need.
She began working with Flower Essences in 1991 and trained with some of the world’s leading producers and teachers. She completed a two-year professional diploma in the UK in 2001 under the guidance of author and Flower Essence expert Clare G. Harvey.
Flor is an Advanced Practitioner Member of the British Flower and Vibrational Essence Association (BFVEA), where she currently serves as Practitioner Officer.
Like many of the sensitive women she supports today, Flor spent years tangled in perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the quiet belief that she had to work hard to be “enough.” Her own healing taught her that we don’t have to earn our worth; we just have to find the right tools and the right support to return to the wholeness that has always been within us.
Flor now helps women stop self-sabotage and step into self-worth so they can transform their relationships, careers and confidence without chasing perfection.

I am an Advanced Member of BFVEA and a member of the British Association of Flower Essence Producers (BAFEP). I am a qualified Spiritual Healer and a Tutor for The National Federation of Spiritual healers, now known as The Healing Trust. I am also a Reiki Master Teacher and a follower and practitioner of Plant Spirit Medicine. I run The 9th Halo School of Healing and produce 9th Halo essences from flowers, plants, herbs and trees.
For me flower essences are a form of spiritual healing and I have been a spiritual healer nearly all my adult life. As a tot I would run my hands over tree trunks and flowers and be aware of the different energies they had. I thought then that I was in touch with fairies, that they were communicating with me. By my twenties working with energy had become a regular part of my life.
The energy of plants is beautiful. Soft, subtle yet powerful. All vibrational energy is and it is all around us, vibrating at different levels for different reasons and within its power sits the ability to heal. This is my love.
I offer telephone, one-to-one or Zoom consultations, to all who feel the power of essences could help them with the issues they may have. From shyness to anger. From exhaustion to anxiety. From fear to heartbreak. For as Dr Edward Bach said, essences can take us to a harbour of peace and security.
Why did I use conifers with their cones for my picture? Because this most ancient of trees represents eternal life and their cones represent spiritual awakening on the journey to enlightenment. It is my joy to help folk on that journey.
