Ammerdown is a retreat centre set in woodland south of Bath, in Somerset. Developed around the old stable block, the centre provides modern conference facilities, accommodation, restaurant and bar, and glorious woodland to explore, which during Spring is full of flowers, deer, and the splendour of new growth.

BFVEA will have exclusive use of Ammerdown across the weekend, so Members will be able to enjoy a range of different presentations, practical demonstrations, evening entertainment, opportunities for healing, catching up with old friends, or enjoying the beauty of the surrounding woodland and countryside.

A Weekend to Pause, Connect and Expand, within and beyond

Something special is taking shape…a gathering of minds and souls to mark the 90th anniversary of Dr. Edward Bach’s passing, whilst honouring his extraordinary legacy of increased plant consciousness in us all.

The weekend will bring us together, not just as practitioners but as sensitive, conscious beings ready to listen more deeply—to plants, flowers, ourselves, each other, and the call of these times.

Every BFVEA Gathering has held its own magic… but for this one, we are weaving a truly special, one-of-a-kind experience, with elements you simply won’t find anywhere else – a portal, a pause, a shared moment to recalibrate and rise together. An opportunity to expand into new possibilities in your healing and your work and let that expansion resonate outward into the way you walk in the world, in your practice, and in your life.

The Gathering will run from Friday afternoon until Sunday at 3.00 pm.

BFVEA Gathering Programme 2026

Gathering registration commences at 3pm on Friday 27th March and the afternoon session commences at 4pm.

The Gathering will formally close at 3pm on Sunday 29th March.

If you need to cancel your booking you will be refunded all monies received unless you pay by PayPal/Credit Card when the refund will be less the fees charged by PayPal. Please note that no refunds will be made after 14th February 2026.

On the Saturday afternoon, we will be running a trip to the Chalice Well in Glastonbury (https://www.chalicewell.shop) and to ensure we can accommodate everyone, please could you confirm whether you would like to attend.

Please note that UK Producers displaying essences must by BAFEP registered. Priority will be given first to presenters and then to those who will be staying for the whole event.
