The British Flower and Vibrational Essence Association is an Unincorporated Association which means that individual members are personally responsible for any debts and contractual obligations.
When you inquire to become a member of The British Flower and Vibrational Essence Association you are applying to become a member of an association defined subject to its Constitution and other key documents.
It should be noted that membership subscriptions are paid for membership of The British Flower and Vibrational Essence Association itself, and not for access to our website which is provided free of charge. Conditions apply to access the website which can be read in our Terms of Service.

Membership Benefits
ESSENCE Magazine – sent out twice a year, the magazine is packed with a wide variety of vibrational essence articles. The magazine is also available online via the BFVEA website.
Community Gatherings and Events – BFVEA holds an annual long weekend packed with talks, experiences, and networking. Additionally, BFVEA is building an active participation in events throughout the country.
Pro-Exchange and ‘The Essence of Essences’ – monthly webinars are held covering subjects both of general interest and of professional practice.
Social Media – BFVEA provides a presence on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn for professional contact and general information.
Newsletters – BFVEA maintains regular communication through newsletters sent direct to your email and also available on the website.
‘Find-a-Practitioner’ – BFVEA provides members the opportunity to advertise their services via the BFVEA website.
Practice Support – Available across business advice, website advice, technical advice regarding essence production, and support for client issues.
Course Development – BFVEA provides support for the development of training courses which can receive BFVEA Accreditation.
CPD – Every member is encouraged to undertake CPD to develop their personal skills either through supporting activities run by BFVEA such as the Pro-Exchange and the Gathering, or through self-development.

Conditions of Membership
All Applicants
You will need to complete the Application Form and acknowledge the following:
- Confirmation that you have read and will abide by the BFVEA Constitution.
- Confirmation that you have read and will abide by the BFVEA Code of Ethics and Conduct.
- Confirmation of opt-in or opt-out of GDPR requirements.
Advanced Practitioner
You will need to send the following documents to support your application to the Membership Secretary (either by email or by post):
- Certificate from a BFVEA accredited training course.
- Either current insurance to practice or request details for BFVEA Block Insurance.
- Anatomy and Physiology Certificate.
Practitioner
You will need to send the following documents to support your application to the Membership Secretary (either by email or by post):
- Evidence of Practice and knowledge of working with essences using the Prior Learning Checklist.
- Anatomy and Physiology Certificate.
- Three case studies.
- Insurance certificate of practice.
- Flower essence course certificates (if you have undertaken any formal training).
