My interest in flower essences stems from my own experience of their benefits and seeing their effect on my cats and horses. One thing led to another until I completed all the levels of training to become an Advanced Practitioner in 2018. I have a particular interest in the use of flower essences to support good sleep, cope with anxiety and for use by people with Autism or learning disabilities

I offer consultations in virtual rooms or locally to people in their own homes.
