BFVEA GATHERING ATTENDANCE OPTIONS

Full RESIDENTIAL, SINGLE ROOM, including Conference, Friday and Saturday supper, and lunches on Saturday and Sunday - £390
Full RESIDENTIAL, SHARED ROOM, including Conference, Friday and Saturday supper, and lunches on Saturday and Sunday - £365 per person

Lunch and supper will be according to the Gathering programme and will be served on-site at Ammerdown.

Please note that UK Producers displaying essences must by BAFEP registered. Priority will be given first to presenters and then to those who will be staying for the whole event.

INVOICING AND DIRECT DEBIT OPTIONS (for BFVEA members who currently pay by Direct Debit)

For those who already pay their BFVEA membership fees by Direct Debit (annually or monthly) and are happy for The BFVEA to collect amounts due automatically, via Direct Debit. The BFVEA will issue an invoice to you in advance of payment being taken.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your booking please contact gathering@bfvea.com who will facilitate the repayment process. Please note that no refunds will be made after 28th February 2027.
