BFVEA GATHERING ATTENDANCE OPTIONS

Full RESIDENTIAL, SINGLE ROOM, including Conference, Friday and Saturday supper, and lunches on Saturday and Sunday - £410
Full RESIDENTIAL, SHARED ROOM, including Conference, Friday and Saturday supper, and lunches on Saturday and Sunday - £380 per person
Full NON RESIDENTIAL, including Conference, Friday and Saturday supper, and lunches on Saturday and Sunday £325
Day Ticket: Friday Programme Only, with supper - £75

Lunch and supper will be according to the Gathering programme and will be served on-site at Ammerdown.

Please note that UK Producers displaying essences must by BAFEP registered. Priority will be given first to presenters and then to those who will be staying for the whole event.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your booking please contact gathering@bfvea.com who will facilitate the repayment process. Please note that no refunds will be made after 28th February 2027.
