The essences are selected from a wide range of producers world-wide, enabling me to hone in on the most pertinent and helpful energies, whether flower, crystal, environmental or even star energies, taken from my own range of Guided Essences. My Solar Fire essences work primarily on heart and soul, and my Blue Fire essences focus on the key ways of rejuvenating and directing the mind in a positive way. I also have many essences that greatly aid meditation and psychic development.
I work under the direction of your Higher Self, the part of you that knows exactly what healing and transformation you need, and also have the assistance of spirit guides/healers and angels. I qualified as a pharmacist in 1995 and worked in my native Japan before moving to London in 2007.
I met my wonderful South African husband in London and we married in 2012. I commenced my homeopathic training in 2010 after personally experiencing the gentle but powerful healing effects of homeopathic remedies.
I currently work as a Homeopath and a flower essence practitioner in the renowned Helios Homeopathic Pharmacy in busy Covent Garden. During my eight years there I have deepened my understanding of homeopathic remedies, nutrition and herbal supplements and also gained a wealth of experience prescribing for a diversity of health challenges for people all over the world.

I love the gentle and natural energy of working with crystals and so it was a natural progression to work with the wonderful energy of the Flower Essences. I support the Covent Garden team’s knowledge and understanding of these transformative essences and I am passionate about helping staff and customers use them to enhance their health and resilience.

Jane has always had a deep love of nature and animals. She worked as a veterinary branch manager for many years whilst also studying many ranges of essences, she is a Reiki Master for Animals, an Equine Touch Practitioner are a few of the holistic therapies she offers. She has been an animal guardian throughout her life. Her horses have been her greatest teachers and she will soon hold a qualification for Equine Assisted Learning which will enable her to offer horse led sessions for healing and personal development combined with essences. She is based in Essex at Oaksbrook Retreat, Brook Farm where she offers individual sessions and workshops including hosting courses by others. Oaksbrook is becoming a Centre for wellbeing for people to connect with nature, surrounded by animals. Self catering barn and Shepherd Hut Glamping soon to be available.
