Hi, I am Juin, an experienced flower essence practitioner, working face to face, online and via phone. Over the last 30 years, I have listened with open curiosity to nature. Along with the land, water, sun, and many plants, I have created the Wildheart Alchemy essences. These are from diverse places; the sierras of southern Spain, wild places in the British Isles, and remote fjords of Norway. I use these in my practice along with Bach, Bush, and Living Essences of Australia.
Prior to working as a Therapist I was working within the NHS as a qualified Nurse. in 1984 I was introduced to essences. In 1993, I Trainned as a Reflexologist, I went onto become a teacher in Reiki/Seichem. The Lotus Holistic range started developing in 2004.
I have Worked as an essence practitioner since 1993, working with a wide range of essences I make up tailor made combinations, to support my clients.
Working in this magical field is always an adventure and delightful.

Junko was first introduced to Bach Flower Essences in 2011. Since then, they have been an essential part of her journey through raising 3 daughters, adapting to life in foreign countries, navigating new professional environments, and healing from past traumas. Flower essences have supported her in caring for herself - mentally, physically, and emotionally - as well as supporting others with the same compassion.
Today, Junko works as a Pilates instructor while also offering global, ethical, and diversity-aware emotional care sessions using flower essences. Her aim is to create a safe and inclusive space for both self-exploration and healing, for herself and those she works with.

I have been as essence therapist and BFVEA member since 2010. I use my own essences and other essences produced by amazing colleagues throughout the country to create combinations that are unique to each person. I am also a healer and find essences can compliment what I do here, as well as providing something that can then be used at home to continue the work.
