I work as a healer and energy practitioner,and have been using essences for many years now.

I have over twenty-five years of training and experience in various holistic therapies, including Naturopathic and Clinical Nutrition, Kinesiology, Reflexology, Bowen technique, Thought Field Therapy, Reiki and other healing modalities.

All of these inform my work. However, I ceased working with the hands-on therapies some years ago, when I was guided to more energetic ways of healing, and found that I was able to sense and clear imbalances in my client’s energy fields on many levels.

I consider essences to be an essential part of what I can offer.
