It works well for my clients to release stress and tension, restoring peace and harmony. I use essential oils, flower & vibrational essences, and energy work to help people transform their lives and support their inner growth. I also work with animals. Now, my focus is on training. I teach Flower Essences, Aromatherapy, Reiki, and Tarot Reading, in both the UK and Hong Kong.

My aim with Super Nature is to create a little portal to nature right in the middle of this urban, industrial area. To help people connect with the energies of nature and all the wonder and healing they bring, whilst being in the middle of the city. By using a combination of therapies, flower and vibrational essences and meditation, I hope to provide a holistic experience and immersion in using all the natural tools we have available to us. To help us relax, release and restore, gently supporting us into a place of loving embodiment of the life we most wish to live, and helping us to let go of what no longer serves us.

Super Nature was founded by Helen Scott. Helen has over 15 years of training, and over 10 years experience of working professionally as a therapist. Super Nature is based in Ancoats, Manchester providing therapies, essences, meditation, and retreats. Helen is fully qualified and is an Advanced Flower Essence Practitioner, having trained at Chalice Well Gardens in Glastonbury. Helen is a member of The British Flower and Vibrational Essence Association, and The British Association of Flower Essence Producers.
