Hello, my name is Annie Wood and I offer consultations for Flower and Vibrational Essences and also Holistic Art for Wellbeing sessions for groups or on a one-to-one basis from my studio and home near the sea in the picturesque county of Ceredigion in Wales.
I work with the beautiful Chalice Well Essences, the original Bach Flower Remedies and the precious Wildheart Animal Essences - all of which offer deep support to us on all levels on our healing journey.
An essence consultation can also be combined, if wished, with an art session in my studio. This offers you a creative, safe space to joyfully meet the 'faces of the flowers' used within your essence treatment and, by my guiding you with simple mixed media techniques, create a series of your own artworks to take home along with your beautiful essences. I believe that creative artmaking alongside an essence treatment promotes an even deeper opportunity to therapeutically align your whole being with the light, colour and botanical symmetry of the visual,natural world; of the flowers, plants, trees and environments energetically present within your essence bottle - giving the best possible opportunity to faciliate a deep, holistic healing.

I am an Advanced Vibrational Essence Practitioner having trained in Glastonbury at the Chalice Well and I am available for intuitive consultations either online or in person. I work with the Chalice Well essences and Wild Heart Animal essences and following your consultation you will receive a unique essence blend or aura spray personalised for you to support you to return to a balance and harmony. I am also a Sound Healing Practitioner and Mindfulness & Meditation teacher and I can bring these offerings to your consultation to make it bespoke for you.
I work with the rhythms of the moon and the cycles of the season, with a deep honouring and connection to the earth and am also a women's moon circle facilitator. passionate about supporting women in held sacred space.

Sue has been working with flower and other essences for over forty years. She used to have a busy practice in Exeter, but now runs her essence practice by Zoom from Mid Wales. Sue is able to bring her other skills to bear, creating a truly holistic approach for her clients. Since 1980, Sue has taught a wide range of complementary topics, from general interest to professional diploma level.
She offers supervision for practitioners of any skill.
